Prove immigration lawyers are not pleased with fraudsters...without them (fraudsters) how would immigration attorneys make a living? Any honest person with the proper qualifications and no immigration violations does not need an immigration attorney to fill out simple papers....anyone (except you) could fill these out in less than an hour...just look at the letters posted on this site by immigration attorneys...all want to sell out the AMerican worker for ten cents on the dollar, bring anyone and everyone to the US, so these charlatans can sock them for thousands of $$$ for doing nothing. So get a clue, dufus....

So, tell me, what does a paralegal do, S12? This should be a simple question if you worked as one. Can you differentiate between the duties of a paralegal and an attorney? Do you know when a paralegal can assist a client in certain matters and when they do not?

BTW, there is an association of paralegals. By not even mentioning that and presuming that one must go to immigration attorneys or to AILA really shows you have no clue whatsoever.

- Insane generalization; I am sure every major immigration firm in cities like NY and LA use paralegals; this is a retarded statement

If one understands what paralegals do, then one understands where paralegals are employed. Care to name other places where paralegals are employed SOM? Think really, really, really hard.

YES WE ARE ALL PEOPLE, and should be treated with respect, whoever you are, where ever you come from. Although you lose respect for someone, when they insult you, most people come on here for help and advice, and respect the people who give help, advice and suggestions, but nobody is going to respect the likes of Someone 12 and you (SOM) when you insult people.

And Hudson, Well done!!!! you have flushed S12 out, as to what he really is, he seems to like the word "FRAUDSTER" perhaps that is the best word to use for him.

Well S12 you have been all over the show tonight, posting nasty comments about me in different threads, so I thought I'd bring it back to this one, that way we dont interfere with other peoples questions,

but then again why would you want this thread, back at the top of the page, what,,, trying to keep things hush hush..... dont want people to know the truth about you.

With the comments you make, I think everyone already knows what you are, "a pic of trash"

If S12 is a liar about being a paralegal, then he has lied to us all about being a Viet Nam vet as well...

I was fighting for this country before you learned how to play with your teeny tiny weenie.
Have YOU served in the military of the US of A? Well? Did Hudson? (no)
Whether you believe what my former occupation was is not relevant to my life nor will it hide the fact that you are complicit in the aiding and abetting of an illegal alien remaining in the United States of America...a classic example of what a village idiot is.....

As a matter of fact I did serve my country S12, 32nd Air Defense Command, Bravo Battery 3/44th, Ramstien Air Base, Germany Bootcamp at Fort Dix New Jersey, and AIT at Fort Bliss El Paso, Texas.

You on the other hand are a liar about being a Viet Nam vet...

No...as a matter of fact you don't have a DD 214! At least John Kerry was on the ground over there, he didn't do much, just tried to look important, unlike yourself trying to sound important on this board. Hudson called you out of the carpet for your lies about being a para legal, now I'm calling you out for being a liar in serving your country. Makes one wonder what you have to hide, what agenda you have stiring around in that twisted mind of yours. You are mis-representing yourself in front of us all, you have sold out your integerity, your honesty, you betray the memory of Viet Nam vets both living and lost, and the hate following from you is on par with terrorists. I'm sure BinLaden would love to recruit you, then again your more useful to him where you are at, as the islamic radicals regularly scout board like this looking for individuals like you to use as propaganda material to convince others that America is the infidel...

so, you know for a certainty that I am not a Viet Nam veteran??? Really? So this DD214 is what, a forgery? And you "know" this? Prove it.
I await your challenge.....secure in the knowledge that I am indeed in possession of a DD214, with an honorable discharge, for service during the Viet Nam war....go ahead...prove me wrong.....

I don't have to prove you wrong S12, you already did that for me, Viet Nam vets don't act like you do, let alone vets in general. Your a fraud, and everyone around here now knows that...

wow...so you personally know each and every one of us? (Viet Nam veterans) when did you meet with each of us?
Not only have you (according to yourself) met each one of us, you have also analyzed each and every Viet Nam vet, and know exactly how each and every one behaves? That is truly amazing (or, more likely, pure BS)...why is it none of us have read about your amazing omniscience in any credible publication?? (hmmmmm...probably because your blather is not true)...

Well funny enough S12, the moment you put my service to my country to the test, I did not hesitate to state where I served, with which branch, unit, and within which country overseas. So far you won't anwser Hudson on your para legal past, reluctant to quote what law firm(s) you worked for/within, nor anwser me about your military service record as well.

You hide behind your cards S12, you have been called at the poker table, your bluff is being taken apart like a chop-shop works a stolen car.

you could have written any branch of the service, any unit, in any location...so what? I could post any law firm's name, any branch of the service, any location...so what? What you believe is not relevant to my life, so why should I share it with you?

Its relevant S12 because my DD-214 backs up my past & my integrity. Your honesty is like a mobile home in a Florida hurricane...blown away! And yes we all know where you were a para legal at...the law firm of "Clinton, Clinton, Reno & Kerry"

You wont say which branch, unit or location, because you are embarrassed to, you probably did serve in the Army, for 90 days cleaning the latrines, from what I understand you only need 90 days duty to get a DD214,

I have the highest regard to anyone who served in Vietnam, my local Postmaster did, he has told me some horrific stuff that happened over there, also the sort of training those guys had to do. but he doesnt go around saying "I fought in the Vietnam War", and if we hadnt have been talking about my father and where he was stationed during WWII I dont think he would have ever mentioned it.
