quote: RationalE you are quite right, I came on this site to ask a question, I got a few answers from some very helpful people on here, but it angers you when you have a idiot like somebody12 who doesnt know you from Adam, telling you that you are a dirtbag, fraud, scammer, scum, slime, and W**k**.
so when I asked him a question on this page/pages he reacts, and now I just love to wind him up. although I must admit, he is becoming boring cos he has nothing new to say.

S12 couldn't make it as a paralegal? Perhaps you would like to apply for that intern position John Kerry is attempting to fill at the moment...you might be a tad more successful at that venture.

I haven't paid much attention lately, but S12, I guess you have new material to keep you from saying negative things about me, huh? At least you didn't talk behind my back while on vacation, so you have a few plus points!

Very interesting S12, your suggesting that the industry that services our citizenship & legal system in this country is courupt? WOW! Double standards & hypocrisy all the way, at least they have the integrity to exercise capitalism while they are at it, and everybody knows they are doing it! Your like a hot air ballon with a burner stuck wide open!

Attempting to have a constructive conversation with S12 is like stepping into a straw hut full of drunk monkeys attempting to play a round or two of chess and taking it seriously...

What does it make of your husband? Also negative? In final analysis it's all an interplay of light.

quote: Originally posted by Someone12: having worked as a paralegal in an immigration law firm for several years, I can attest to the fact (at least regarding the ****s that came through the door) that fraud was rampant, that the attorney was glad to aid and abet almost any kind of krap to try to get somebody an immigration benefit. We saw sham marriages by the carload, jagoffs whose qualifications for an H1B were non-existent, but who submitted doctored papers to cover his lack of education ... phony waiver requests for $hitbirds like Jake who claim to have had the intention of returning to their own country, but somehow "forgot" to do so...and then ran out to marry a village idiot. The one thing I learned was that this hor$e$hit about 'changing one's mind' always seemed to take place 5 minutes after baggage claim....what an amazing coincidence! I say (as I have said repeatedly to my legislators) eliminate ALL waivers, make every immigrant law violater (i.e. illegal aliens) pay the FULL price for their lack of respect for our laws....no exceptions under any circumstance.....what would be the likely result? Sham marriages would dry up....our country would have order restored and immigration attorneys might actually have to do some real work for a change....and at worst, a few thousand scumbags remain outside our borders....so what?
I seriously doubt you worked as a paralegal. For one, paralegals are rare in immigration law firms. Second, one has to have education and, to some extent, experience with immigration law. Third, your military background and training are insufficient unless you evoke the veterans preference employment laws. Finally, if you had an attitude like the one you described, stating that lawyers were happy with fraudsters, you will not last very long in a position like a paralegal, if you were one to begin with. Most lawyers have a genuine affection for the law. But with your disdain for them as a whole, you not only insult a profession, but also insult the law itself.

so Hudson, tell me, you must have visited all 8000+ members of AILA to determine how many paralegals there are? I doubt it. Your job, cleaning ****** thermometers orally, obviously requires no education....all you have to know is which end of the thermometer to stick in your mouth. Prove immigration lawyers are not pleased with fraudsters...without them (fraudsters) how would immigration attorneys make a living? Any honest person with the proper qualifications and no immigration violations does not need an immigration attorney to fill out simple papers....anyone (except you) could fill these out in less than an hour...just look at the letters posted on this site by immigration attorneys...all want to sell out the AMerican worker for ten cents on the dollar, bring anyone and everyone to the US, so these charlatans can sock them for thousands of $$$ for doing nothing. So get a clue, dufus....
