since 9 pm, I've trying to logon to "chat with a lawyer" ... but
just receive an empty page? any advice? Thanks much.

Works fine...maybe your browser doesn't support the chat, do you have an old browser?

I have found the chat uses java. sometimes you may have to upgrade your browser or at least the java virtual machine for it to work.
