Listening to CNN this morning. The race issue came up again - interviewing people. I don't think however, that anybody ever asked the question why people that say they would not vote for a black person. Why is it that they wouldn't do so.

What does his race have to do with his ability to lead? His credentials? His policy? How good he'd be for the USA?

Trying to guilt people by calling them racist if they don't vote for him is ridiculous - it's no better than the whole 'unpatriotic' debacle at the beginning of the Iraq war, something I've heard more than one person on this forum snipe about.

Look at his track record and what he wants to do.

Wants to give illegals welfare. A two prong fault. One is obligating us to a gigantic tax liability. And two, who are most of the illegals? Nothing more than vote pandering at the expense of the U.S.C. tax payer.

Wants to keep AMT (Alternative Minimum Tax) or raise it. This is a tax paid on top of your normal taxes because the democrats think you made too much. That tax is targeted at mostly white people. Real nice.

Another is increasing SS tax. Again, look at the target market. These two alone are to help pay for the illegal alien welfare program.


Now, lets take a look at affirmative action. Everyone knows what that is about. Basically giving color preference to college admission. So, if your not the right color you don't get it. If that isn't racist I don't know what is.

In the end one must look at who's pockets are being emptied out and where it's going. Try to disguise it or re-name it but the trail of money tells the truth of intent.

Many people will not vote for John McCain because of Bush since McCain is a Republican also and no other reason. So if it is OK for people to judge one man based on the actions of another single man in his group, why would it unfair to judge a man based on the actions of many others in his group?

Because they are scaaaaarrrreeeeddd of black people.
I talked to one older lady in a grocery store a few weeks ago, and we got into a longer dicussion over water choices, and then politics (don't ask me how we got from water to elections).
She told me when Obama is elected she's afraid his inner n.i.g.g.e.r is going to awaken and he's going to decimate all white people, and they will be forced to live in an underground.
But then she said she's consoled by the fact that: "they" will take him out... before that happens.

Like a water bottle from a store shelf.

What is colorblind? I like to think of myself as colorblind, but am I? I don't think I am. I am partial to blacks, because I know of the injustice that's been done and still is. I understand the white race thought superior over blacks - which we know is not true, but still very evident in society.

Colorblind is the idea of not taking into consideration anything to do with race. Its the way I run my business and is how I expect the country to be run.

Which is something Obama has not done. Take a look at what he did in Chicago. It was all about the black race. What he plans to do is punish white people with his targeted tax increases. Being you have a black preference makes you a bit of a racist yourself. There is no injustice as you think. What happened hundreds of years ago has no bearing on today. Why is then that other groups who also endured discrimination overcame it and have merged into society at all levels? Its an excuse crutch. One that I am tired of hearing about.

Employers as a rule (unless minority owned) do not discriminate. Most only care about performance. Think I'm wrong? Look at most small businesses. If they are white owned the makeup of employees generally reflects the neighborhood. Look at a minority owned. Most will reflect the origins of the owner regardless the ethnicity of the area.
