Hello everybody, I lost my I-94. I know that I have to fill the I-102 form. So, my question is Can I sent the I-102 together whith my I-130, I-864, I-485, I-765 and G325?? or I have to wait for my copy of I-94?

You can do it all at the same time. When you apply for a new I-94 card, keep the record and copy. You can always show and attach the proof in your communication with immigration agency.

but the I-102 is sent to the service center having jurisdiction over ur area. I would apply for I-94 ASAP, and when u get it u can file teh adjustment package, they might send you a request for additional evidence letter asking for it or just return the whole package. File I-102 and a FOIA request asking evidence of entry, u can also send a copy of ur passport page with the entry stamp.

Hi
I am actually in the same boat as snowwhite

lost the I94 and married with USC

I have already mail in my the form 1-102, but it would take 6 - 8 months for my get my new I-94 back from the service center

Should I just go ahead and mail in all of my AOS Package ( I130, 1765, I485, G325.... etc) along eith a copy of my I-102 and entry stamp ( passport)

pls advice
