I had an interview with INS for naturalization about 6 weeks ago. I have not heard anything from them regarding the Oath ceremony. A friend of mine had the interview about the same time and seh is already a citizen. She is in a different region of the country.
Should I be concern? If any body knows about how long it takes, please let me know.

It depends on the case load at a particular INS office. In New York they take about 3 months at present.
