Hi, I am glad I found this site ! I filed for my fiance and got my NOA a couple of weeks ago. I did not realize at the time that only the Calif. office processes these VISA's and much more slowly than the other I-129s. The Aug 28 report says now processing apps from Feb 22, 2006. So does anyone have a record of the month before ? Did the Aug 4 report have 3 weeks earlier ? My fiance is in SaiGon VN. I have read in someone else's post that there maybe month even after the processsing center OK's the VISA. Is each country different ? What's a reasonable ( if at all possible ) wait - i.e. If I had applied in Feb,2006 - what would be the additional time ? Also I am concerned with question 7b. what is usually meant by Provide original statements from you and yourfiancé(e) whom you plan to marry within 90 days of hisor her admission, and copies of any evidence you wishto submit to establish your mutual intent; Is this like some notarized letter with both signatures - since I am in Seattle, I'd have to send one to her, get it notarized and the ask it be included in my file. 1 notarization for me and 1 for her. I dont need any mmore delay. Thanks

Did you get a reply on this? I have the same question. And by the way, it is question number 5B on the I-129F.

Thanks,
