Hello there im new to filling out these forms and just had a few questions.

When filing I-131 and I-765 concurrently with form I-485 are all the forms supposed be sent to the same BCIS locations or are they sent to seperate BCIS locations. Also should i be applying for a re-entry permit or advanced parole on the I-131 form.

Thank you for any help provided.

Yeah, together. But it should be sent either to Texas or Nebraska if it's employment-based, or the base petition is I-140. And you're applying for an I-131 "Advance Parole." The reentry permit is filed by a permanent resident (green card holder) who foresees an extended foreign travel of more than a year.

Alright but i sent all three to Chicago and they got sent back with a notice on each form which confusing me.

The I-485 and I-765 both had notices stating:

Your application was submitted with a single remittance and one or more of the applications/petitions was unacceptable in the package for the reason(s) specified on the related Notice(s) of Action(Form I-797). Please correct the flawed application(s)/petition(s), and resubmit the application package with the appropriate fees and supporting documentation to the address listed on the bottom of this notice.

Where as the notice on my I-131 says:

Based on the box you checked in Part 2, you must file at a different BCIS location. Please send your application to:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Service
Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box 87131
Lincoln, NE 68501-7131

and

Your application was submitted with a single remittance and one or more of the applications/petitions was unacceptable in the package for the reason(s) specified on the related Notice(s) of Action(Form I-797). Please correct the flawed application(s)/petition(s), and resubmit the application package with the appropriate fees and supporting documentation to the address listed on the bottom of this notice.

So does that mean i send the I-131 to Nebraska and the I-485 and I-765 back to Chicago? Its getting close the expiration of my I-94 arrival document so i don't know if I'm going to be asked to leave the country or not.

*edit*

I am here on a K-1 Visa, i am now married to a USC and am goingthrough the procedure to become a permanent resident as well as being able to work and travel back to Canada for my sisters wedding all within the next 2 years

I can almost guess why they did that, you checked the incorrect box, it should be "Part 2. Item d." After correcting everything, you can go ahead and return all to Chicago.

Aha excellent thank you for the help. Big Grin
One more question if i may:

In the instructions for the I-131 Advanced parole they as for an explanation as to what circumstances i should be granted parole. So would that be for what reasons i would be returning to Canada? (ie. Sisters wedding, funeral etc)

Be truthful. Be honest. Attach supporting document(s) if you want. Don't stress yourself though. As far as I know, the USCIS is quite lenient on this department as long as you're eligible. Some applicants even leave that field blank.
