President Reagan passed an AMNESTY in the 1980's to END THE PROBLEM WITH ILLEGALS. Did it work? No! why? because we are too weak, too afraid of closing that border once and for all. Mexicans, Philipinos, Africans, Russians, Orientals, Central Americans, Cubans, Haitians, etc. know this, so they keep coming because they know about our lack of courage and step on our country, our laws, they ab-use every **** benefit that belong to US CITIZENS and LEGAL RESIDENTS. Philipino get to the mainland via Hawaii, Mexico and Canada. Mexico is the most putrid country in this hemisphere and allow everyone to cross the border, the mexican "authorities" look the other way as long as they get paid.
