I have an approved Labor Certification and I want to file for an immigrant visa. What can I use to show the INS that my employer can afford to pay me the salary listed on the 750A? (They have been paying me this wage for 4 years) It's a parochial school - I'm a teacher - so they don't make a profit and they don't have tax returns. They have a lot of IRS paperwork, but what should I submit?
