About this immigration law that illegal people will have
amnesty, its not fair to those have a petition that been waiting
for 22 years, and legal application. i'm american citizen now
, worked in VA hospital, I was diagnosed with cancer and had
operation a year ago, i asked immigartion to approved a visitor
visa for my sister to take care of me during my radition tx ,
because i'm alone here, i even had a doctors certificate and a
letters to my Congressman E. Cummings , all are denied . I dont
understand the law . Immigration officer in the Phillippines
denied the petition of my sister , saying she will stayed here
and will not come back . Maybe you can give me insight . Thank
You.
