i've lived in america for over 25yrs yet still not a citizen. i was convicted of a felony in 1991 and i was just wondering what if it's still possible for me to apply.

i've been released for over ten years now. i have my own business and have been doing very good ever since. i have two kids now and i just think that it's only good for me and my family to become a us citizen. my wife is a us citizen and i've been married to her for over eight years. does this make a difference in me trying to get my citizenship?
should i apply or shouldn't i? that is the question...

i just want to say thank you to all that takes interest in my discussion.

It depends on the nature of the felony. By released, are we to understand you served 4 years in jail/prison?
