What do you mean "a possibility of help"? Do you have a way to adjust status? What is the status of your daughter's father and what are your relationship with him? All a lawyer can do is help with filling out forms. He/she can not make you eligible for a green card if you're not eligible already.

Cheers.

If you entered without inspection and your husband is not a citizen there is nothing you can do about legalizing.

If you entered without inspection and your husband is a citizen, there is something called 601 waiver (see other threads on this site) he could apply for for you, but this would require you to return to your home country to receive it.

If you entered with inspection, but overstayed and your husband is a citizen, then you can adjust status here.

Having a U.S. citizen child does nothing to get you legal status.

[I'm not a lawyer.]
