Hi: I married a US citizen for more than 4 years now. I am preparing for the N-400 form. I need some help to answer these questions. 15. Have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested? 16. Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason? 17. Have you ever been charged with committing any crime or offense? 18. Have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense?
1) in 2002, I had a car accident. I hit someone from the back since it was snowing and I can't stop. But I did not get any ticket, not even a raise in my car insurance. (Maybe that was my first accident, and got waived).
2) After the accident, my car went to a body shop from Oct 24 to Nov 16. I picked up my car on Nov 16, on the way home, a police stopped me since he noticed my car registration expired at the end of Oct (how luck I was!). I went to the court and argued about the facts (I moved and did not receive my renew mail), and the judge dismissed the ticket (operate unregistered car and no Registration in the car).
3) I got my first speeding ticke in 2003, and I showed up in the court, finally paid $85.
Another question i have: My husband lost the record of his naturalization, so he does not know when he became a U.S. citizen. But he has a US passport. What should i do regarding the qusetions about his citizenship (the date)?
Note: Sincere post has been deleted due to OP's inappropriate response.

Naturalization certificate is not always required. In many places, it can be replaced by a US passport. For N-400, I can send the copy of his passport instead of his naturalization certificate. Can you show my the detailed reasons why we should pay for this additional $380 for the certificate.
Only if he still remembers the date when he was naturalized...
