Does anyone know which "family name" is best to use on the I-130 and the I-129F (K-3)...???

We were just married and I'm not certain which name to use on the visa applications. I know there are places to put "other names used," but am a bit confused and would HATE if my applications were rejected or processed incorrectly with this simple error.

Anyone have any experience or knowledge on the subject???

your married name is your family name, if you have kids you put their names as dependants, since you are married, you take your spouses name cos thats your family name, dont worry the form is pretty straight forward, getting info on the process somehow im finding is the difficult part, i called the national visa centre today who told me , not only do i have to wait 90days for the approval notice but another 90days while it sits in NH doing nothing and them 4 weeks to go to my home embassy, but when i called the INS number on my receipt it said 90days for the approval and then it heads straight to my embassy, so be careful who you contact regarding this process cos i dont know who knows what happens with this,
