You know it's funny that you mention RAPE! did you know just as many Americans rape people as immigrants do. For that matter here is something for you to chew on. When I went over sea's there was a consulate member who processes immigration cases. A rep for the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! that was telling people who had children that if he could meet with there children after hours he would grant them citizenship. The parents thought this was part of the process and would bring there children to this man, WHO WOULD SEXAULLY ASSULT THESE YOUNG BOY/GIRLS. He toook these childrens life away. And to think we sent a perv over sea's to be a rep for our country so he could RAPE these children. Get a life man and do some reasurch before you make a topic up.

didn't you say you served 12 years in the army or navy or so? I would expect a little bit more from you.
In my opinion it isn't about if you for or against the war anymore. It IS about keeping the troops who ARE protecting this country and all the other countries in this world from the real evil NOW.
I have a lot of friends who are on AD, our unit here in town is getting ready to deploy, my husband ( no matter what a** he is) is in Iraq, he ist serving since 17 yrs in the Infantry.
It would be devastating for the remaining troops if the government would pull out now. Didn't the US sacrific enough men and women- why jeopardizing anymore lifes than necessary?

I would have expected more common sense from an former soldier.

I don't say that I agreed with the war ( I think the timing was really bad) but that is not important anymore. Fact is that there are fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brothers and sisters over there and if the troops would get pulled out now the sacrifice these people made to protect you and me, their willingness to die so my kids can sleep safe and will be raised in freedom would have been for nothing.

When geniuses like you realize that a civil war and 3 separate states is the most inevitable outcome of this you'll then realize that we are trying in vain to keep the peace and getting more and more young Americans killed in the meantime.

Even if we keep Humpty Dumpty together these people will probably just buy time UNTIL we leave anyway (We WILL leave eventually, right?) and that's when the $hit will hit the fan.

But maybe we can put it together and the Iraqis can take over and hundreds of years of hatred will miraculously disappear. I guess it's possible.
