    NJ, NY, etc. - International Immigration Law Firm seeks Immigration Paralegals for several new positions. Essential Responsibilities consist of preparation of a wide variety of business-based nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, H-3, TN, E, J-1, L-1 and O-1). Assist corporate clients with PERM and RFEs. Assist with applying for work visas with U.S. consular offices. Work closely with clients to provide comprehensive immigration law services, including responses to applications, RFEs, interviews and compliance. Maintain electronic records of immigration forms and other documentation. Review immigration regulations. Perform research. Education and/or Experience: Required: BA/BS with strong academic credentials; Proficient at Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat; Writing sample a must; Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience with the corporate business immigration preferred. Preferred: Paralegal Certificate and Foreign Language. Other Skills and Abilities: Keen attention to detail and proofreading; A self-starter. We sponsor. Salary commensurate with experience.
