    Help Wanted: Immigration Paralegal
    Boston, MA - This position will be part of the firm’s national Business Immigration and Global Mobility practice. The Business Immigration Specialist will support the BIG by preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including but not limited to H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, PERMs, Preference Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications. The individual will be positioned for direct contact with our client base, which includes companies working across numerous industries such as financial services, information technology, construction and pharmaceuticals. As a result, effective communication is an important aspect of this position; A successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and will have 5 or more years of immigration-specific experience.     Help Wanted: Immigration Paralegal
    Boston, MA - Specific responsibilities will include: providing overall coordination and management of junior paralegal tasks, preparing business visitor visa applications, work, residence permit and work visa applications, coordinate collection of required legal documentation as required, research requirements in various jurisdictions, submit applications and handle processing of filing fees, and other duties required by our global mobility team (predominantly for attorneys licensed in Canada, but also in Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland).     Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia immigration law firm seeking detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal with strong organizational, writing, research, and case management skills. Primary job duties include: Manage caseload of immigration matters in various stages; Assist attorney in preparation of employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including forms and packets with supporting evidence for submission to relevant administrative agency; Review and organize client documentation and analyze and summarize case data for attorney; Assist attorney with determining potential case issues and planning case strategy; Draft correspondence to clients and relevant administrative agency; Maintain organized, legally compliant client files, monitor deadlines, and progress of individuals’ cases; Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, answering telephone calls, and maintaining and organizing reference files; Conduct legal research regarding regulations and procedures in immigration law; Work effectively and collaboratively with team members to prioritize and organize work load; and Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by attorney.
