    Ridgewood, NJ - Immigration Law Firm with offices in NJ, NY, Indiana and affiliated offices in India and in Canada seeks Business Immigration Paralegals and Business Immigration Specialists for several positions. Responsibilities: preparation of a wide variety of business-based nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, H-3, TN, E-1/E-2, J-1, L-1 and O-1). Emphasis on L and E visas a plus. Assist corporate clients with PERM application process. Applying t U.S. consular offices abroad. Work closely with clients' and their employees and families to provide comprehensive immigration service through the application process, including responses to applications, RFEs, interviews and compliance. Review immigration regulations and be able to apply them to various case scenarios. Perform research using all available immigration research tools including government agencies' websites. Education and/or Experience: BA/BS required; Proficient at Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat; Writing sample can be submitted with resume; Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience with the corporate business immigration process. Preferred: Paralegal Certificate and Gujarati and/or Hindi a plus.
