  • Aug 31 - International Entrepreneur Rule

    Comment: International Entrepreneur Rule
DHS published the Proposed Rule on International Entrepeneurs in the Federal Register today, and USCIS invited comments on the rule. Greg Siskind has both a quick summary and a detailed summary of the proposed rule. Find all these items below. We hope that this will be just the first step in achieving Comprehensive Immigration Reform during the first 100 days of the next administration.
