    January 28, 2016, 2 - 3pm (Eastern). The Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman will hold an hour-long teleconference on USCIS Transformation. The discussion will cover the practical aspects of USCIS Transformation, focusing on customer experiences with filing and adjudication of petitions and applications through the system. The teleconference will include speakers from the USCIS Office of Transformation Coordination and practitioners who have used the system to file petitions and applications. Registered participants will have a limited opportunity to ask questions at the end of the teleconference. Participants will also be able to submit questions in writing after the teleconference.
