  • September 3 - Refresh your Cache

    Comment: Refresh your Cache
Today we executed a technology upgrade to our website ILW.COM that included IP changes. Many browsers store the IP address of the websites you visit on your computer so that it can display them quickly. But this means that when the IP address of a website changes, the browser does not notice the change and thinks that the website is down. It can take from 1 to 48 hours for various browsers to notice the change in the site's IP address.

If you are having problems accessing any pages on ILW.COM, you can usually fix the problem by "Refreshing your Cache" (i.e. deleting the stored ip address on your computer so that the browser gets the new ip address for the website.) To figure out how to refresh your cache for your particular browser, please visit www.refreshyourcache.com and select your browser and follow the directions. If you continue to have problems accessing ILW.COM, you can clear your cache in Windows by following the four step process: 1. Open Start menu, 2. Click Run, 3. Type cmd and press enter and a window will open, 4. In the command prompt type: ipconfig /flushdns and press enter. That should do it.

If you continue to have any problems, please write to us at webmaster@ilw.com.
