Position Summary: The EB-5 Paralegal team will assist attorneys with complex investor visa cases. Duties & Responsibilities: Job duties are as follows: (1) review of financial documents, including tax returns, financial statement, preparation of reports that will be submitted to the federal government, and banking records; (2) audit of money trails from abroad to the United States; and (3) case management. Skills & Competencies: Qualified applicants will be detailed-oriented, have the ability to perform thorough document review, and have excellent writing skills. Qualifications & Prior Experience: Position requirements include: a Bachelor's Degree and strong academic credentials. No prior paralegal or EB-5 investor visa experience required. We will train. Employment or academic background in finance, accounting, business, legal studies or a related field is helpful. Second language proficiency, particularly in Mandarin, is a plus but not required.     Help Wanted: Immigration Paralegal
    Santa Clara, CA - Fragomen, the largest corporate immigration firm in the world, is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal Supervisor. Responsibilities include preparing, filing, and monitoring various immigration and nationality law issues, gathering and tracking the receipt of information and documents from clients, analyzing case documents, and finalizing documents. Other responsibilities include overseeing activities directly related to managing caseloads, managing a team of 4 or more legal support staff, training new team members, oversight of procedures and processes, among other supervisory tasks. BA/BS degree required, 5+ years of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal, 10+ years experience managing paralegals and support staff, and strong knowledge of immigration and non-immigration procedures and processes. Ideal candidate will have ability to interact with clients, partners, outside counsel, and staff members, excellent time management skills and proven leadership abilities, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
