Comment: Redeployment and Trump Re-election
Having USCIS provide guidance on EB5 investment redeployment that asks the redeployment to use the same TEA standards as are currently in effect will result in the immediate creation of thousands of jobs in rural America which is President Trump's base. This action can be done simply with a stroke of a pen without use of any taxpayer funds. It is a win-win for the Trump re-election efforts, USCIS, and voters in rural states and rural counties that President Trump depends on for his re-election. It is a low hanging fruit that the Trump re-election campaign can pluck easily, perhaps some folks in the Trump re-election campaign are working on this already.
