  • Location: Midtown Manhattan: between 30th street & 45th street and Park Avenue & 8th Avenue.
  • Lease Length: 1-2 years; Sublease OK
  • Floor Plan: Open Concept if possible
  • 24/7 access
  • Occupancy by Christmas, 2017
  • Principals only--No Agents
