Help Wanted: Immigration Attorney
Oakland, CA - CPG Law Group is seeking a Senior Immigration Attorney to provide legal support to a high demand immigration law practice. The Immigration Attorney will provide services and support on a variety of case types. DUTIES: Oversee a team of attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants; Primarily focus on H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM labor certification, I-140 and I-485; Review forms, filing letters, RFE responses, and letters of support; Manage external communications with clients and government agencies; Oversee attorney research on questions of law and procedure; Strategize immigration solutions with clients; Provide consultations to new clients; Counsel employers on compliance issues; Train legal assistants and paralegals when needed; Report directly to Managing Attorney.
