Applicants should have three to five years of experience handling all aspects of business (employment) immigration and managing clients with Nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3, TN; and Immigrant visas, including a high degree of success with PERM cases, as well as EB1 Managers and Outstanding Researchers. Experience should include consular processing and employer compliance counseling. Focus on efficient case handling and high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills, and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative.
