Comment: EB-5 Regional Center Free Seminar
The second session of the monthly telephone seminar series for existing EB-5 Regional Centersand for developers and dealmakes planning to apply for Regional Center designation or establishsyndicated EB-5 investments involving multiple investors will be taking place Wednesday, February 20, 2013.

This 30-minute session is presented at no charge. The session this month features Angelo Paparelli as the Discussion Leader and Suzanne Lazicki as the guest speaker. The topics to be covered this month are as follows:

Developing and Amending EB-5 Business Plans for Regional Centers

  • Differences between a commercially acceptable business plan and a plan used to accompany USCIS Forms I-924 and I-526
  • Essential components of a USCIS-approvable business plan under Matter of Ho and current USCIS requirements
  • Tips, traps, and best practices in developing the business plan
  • Your questions answered

The next teleconference will be taking place on March 20, 2013 and the topic will be The SEC's Civil Suit against Chicago-based Regional Center - Implications for the EB-5 Industry
