When drafting an H-3 Visa Petition it is essential that the position offered is a natural progressive continuation of the Beneficiary's previous education and/or work experience.

Additionally, the training offered to the Beneficiary in the U.S. must not be readily available in his/her home country. Equally important is that there is a tangible benefit for the US Employer to train the Beneficiary in the U.S.

These three main conditions should be well documented and clearly itemized and explained in the support letter.
