As you know, one of the key factors in getting your H-2B Labor Certification approved is clearly establishing the nature of temporary need.

The nature of temporary need could be one-time occurrence, seasonal, peakload, or intermittent.

The attached chart should provide you with some idea what each of these types of need represents. Documenting the employer's type of need is crucial to having labor certification certified.
