First Same Sex Marriage Case Approved by USCIS

I was happy to hear not only that the first post-DOMA case was approved, but that the couple are clients of my friend Lavi Soloway who has worked tirelessly on this issue. We were expecting a memo to come from USCIS before the cases would be approved, but this pretty much means USCIS is not going to hold the cases.
